Clinical Training Specialist

Consult are working exclusively with a market-leading organisation; our client manufacturers, develops and markets industry leading hearing and balance diagnostic solutions, operating on a global platform.

Due to business growth strategies, my client is now expanding their Clinical & Education team to introduce a career-motivated Clinical Audiologist to work as a Clinical Training Specialist, based in the South of the UK (located close to the Head Office).

The successful individual will be centrally involved in all Audiological & Technical training, evolving e-learning platforms and developing the Clinical Support department.

• Provide Clinical support to our UK customer base through a Clinical and Technical support Hotline.
• Help manage and run the UK clinical training needs through scheduled training events
• Ensure all clinical product enquiries are responded to
• Support remote learning for customers by phone and over designated digital platforms
• Be prepared for travel around the South of the UK on a monthly basis (when applicable)
• Where required support sales of all devices in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers

• You must hold a degree in Audiology from a recognized 3^rd level institution
• A minimum of 5 years in a similar role for a public or private health services provider or a commercial firm
• Good level of presentation skills
• A sound and creative understanding of IT and learning technologies
