We at Consult are now recruiting potential candidates for a Clinical Specialist for the Benelux team. In order to grow into this role successfully, you must be eager to start your career by building your knowledge level on the company, products, processes, policies and daily operational tasks - under the guidance of the Clinical Support team in the Amsterdam office.


  • Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, Digital Treatment Plan support as well as clinical troubleshooting, mid-course correction and case refinement, primarily for Benelux and English-speaking doctors.
  • Liaison with technicians with regards to quality issues
  • Investigation and Analysis of Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
  • Provide training and education to the customers in any format including live presentations, online presentations and one-to-one visits to customers’
  • Support speaker-led trainings and support external speakers
  • Assist with review of PowerPoint presentations, digital images and scans for marketing and/or sales materials as well as clinical education materials.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s database(s) about each contact they handle following defined parameters.
  • Ensure timely resolution to customer contact issues whether inbound or outbound.
  • Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers. Research information to answer inquiries from customers and share learnings with departmental peers and management.
  • Support key relationships with third parties such as universities, DSOs, and others.
  • Participate in any other clinical or sales meeting, as needed.
  • Field visits to customers and manage high tier customers
  • Propose and create educational content (in conjunction with Education team)
  • Structures and manages the execution of project/program tasks with general supervision and little guidance and recommends new approaches
  • Contributes independently and can teach other Clinical Specialists and share experiences with other departments.

About You

  • College graduate (BA/BS) in dentistry, or related.
  • Three to four years’ experience in customer relations or sales in medical/dental related areas
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken, written, reading).
  • Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.
  • Dynamic, optimistic, accurate, results oriented, hard-working, creative.
  • Ability to work without constant supervision.
  • Dependable and attention to detail.
  • A strong customer focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good team player.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth
  • Experience working in an international call center environment, preferably on a luxury brand
  • Willingness to rotate shifts, if needed.
