Scope

Fantastic opportunity with the globally recognised leading manufacturer of medical/dental devices and equipment, currently in another period of exponential growth due to increasing demand for their products, the company offer extensive opportunity for progression and personal development, we are looking to hire a Clinical Specialists within Belgium to support their customers/clinicians, offering the highest standard of service and expertise.

This position is mainly responsible for assessment of patient cases to determine clinical advice around treatment options to the clinicians (customers). Remaining responsibilities include clinical communication and support to external customers related to case specific issues, operating system quality and troubleshooting. Other duties will include support with day to day needs of education/training events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, as well as clinical troubleshooting, mid-course correction and case refinement, primarily for Benelux and English-speaking doctors.
  • Investigation and Analysis of Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
  • Provide training and education to the customers in any format including live presentations, online presentations and one-to-one visits to customers’
  • Support speaker-led trainings and support external speakers
  • Assist with review of power point presentations, digital images and scans for marketing and/or sales materials as well as clinical education materials.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s database(s) about each contact they handle following defined parameters.
  • Ensure timely resolution to customer contact issue whether in-bound or out-bound.
  • Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers. Research information to answer inquiries from customers and share learning’s with departmental peers and management.
  • Support key relationships with third-parties such as, universities, DSOs, and others.
  • Participate in any other clinical or sales meeting, as needed.
  • Field visits to customers and manage high tier customers
  • Propose and create educational content (in conjunction with Education team)
  • Structures and manages the execution of project/program tasks with general supervision and little guidance and recommends new approaches
  • Contributes independently and can teach other Clinical Specialist and share experiences with other departments.

About You

  • Language skills: Native or very fluent in French. Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading). Flemish/Dutch is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.
  • Dynamic, optimistic, accurate, results oriented, hard-working, creative.
  • Ability to work without constant supervision.
  • Dependable and attention to detail.
  • A strong customer focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good team player.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e., roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).
  • Experience working in an international call centre environment, preferably on a luxury brand
  • Willingness to rotate shifts, if needed.
