Clinical Relations Support Manager


Our client who are a worldwide market leader are looking for talented Clinical Relations Support & Education Manager to join their team in Istanbul, Turkey. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, requests and issues from the business for company products and services as well as clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Manage a team of clinical specialists and clinical professional relations & education managers, being involved and overseeing Professional Relations & Education strategy
  • Manage University strategy and execution
  • Manage speakers and Key opinion leader’s
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on the regional strategy and creates functional plans accordingly as well as shares the Professional Relations & Education strategy
  • Recruit, staff, and train clinical specialists to support on-going clinical support needs in a high growth environment
  • Ensure ownership, action to resolution, back up and contingency within the team
  • Propose ideas for team development and the clinical role to promote improved service and education
  • Work cross-functionally with other functional managers to drive innovation, customer experience and achieve business targets based on the regional strategy
  • Continuously identify and drive improvement initiatives through people, process & systems/tools
  • Obtain & maintain appropriate knowledge level of employees on products and process through employee training & development
  • Actively participate with new hire recruitment process as required to maintain organization’s resources
  • Responsible for providing assistance to the sales organization
  • Provide input to research and development to improve existing products/ services and develop new ones
  • Investigate product safety incidences and report this on CRM system. Also involved in, inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and clinical education
  • Will be required to travel to deliver educational events as part of structured certification / education programs for customers and visit customers in their offices (deep dive education

About You

  • Master’s degree in dentistry or related discipline; or combination of education and equivalent work experience required
  • 6+ years of directly related (people management) experience
  • Fully fluent (both verbal and written) in English and Turkish (C level; full fluency)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations and correspondence, influencing skills)
  • Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed
  • Skill in establishing priorities, and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic Thinker and highly Organized
  • Demonstrating Leadership & influencing skills
  • Solid problem-solving ability and ability to manage details
  • Strong MS Office knowledge.
