Scope

Our client is a global leading manufacturer of infection prevention products leading the global healthcare market with their premium range.

Their products are present in most UK hospitals. With infection prevention now a national priority, the demand for products has increased even more so outside of the obvious primary care sector. As a result, our sales team are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to engage with new and existing customers and drive sales growth across the market within the primary care, community healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Win new business across Primary Care and Community sectors, such as: CCGs, general practices, care homes, community nurse practitioners etc.
  • Work collaboratively with local channel partners and end users to deliver year on year sales growth
  • Identify new opportunities and create long lasting customer relationships, with new and existing accounts
  • Deliver exciting sales presentations to new customers to win business
  • Attend and support cross-functional teams at exhibitions and events
  • ยท Represent the brand and live into our values

About You

  • Experience selling consumable products to a similar customer base is essential
  • Proven ability to grow sales within territory and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Experience selling to customers through multiple channels
  • Evidence of previous sales training (internal or external) is desirable
  • An appetite to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a connected team
  • Valid UK driving licence
