Business Development Manager

Scope

This opportunity is to join an established, highly innovative Global Diabetes Organisation who specialise in disruptive monitoring devices that as a Business Development Manager that can progress to Sales Leadership roles.

They are looking to expand their Sales team by recruiting two new Business Development Managers, one based within the North and one in the South. With an already established market presence, the successful candidate will be responsible for both account management and building new business within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales opportunities to successful completion
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline
  • New business development
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
  • Meet agreed KPI's designed to support the win strategy

About You

  • Established record of delivering sales goals and quotas
  • Intensive knowledge of the Diabetes market
  • Proven success with negotiation with senior procurement and directorate managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience consistently hitting and exceeding targets
