Consult are partnered exclusively with one of the most disruptive MedTech companies that are in search for high-potential future leaders of one of the most exposed companies in healthcare. This company have grown throughout the pandemic by 100% YoY globally. This innovation is dictating the healthcare landscape in global major markets.

We are hiring several new Executives based on the growth and demand within the region. The aim is to challenge, influence and drive change through strategic collaboration with leading healthcare professionals in your region, maximising growth potential and being part of a company that aspires to transform clinical practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling complex solutions in a consultative way. Experience in the orthodontic or dental field would be an advantage however, a high-performing sales background and experience in selling in clinics in MedTech would be equally advantageous. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, high-performing and driven sales professional to join a company that are revolutionising their market.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues
  • Segmentation of the given territory to identify the key opportunities to drive strong sales growth in new business, and reaching the full potential in all current customer base
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs and objectives
  • Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers
  • Attend trade shows, both local and international
  • Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs and bring new and innovative ways to drive P2P endorsement
  • Feedback to management team on market trends and competition
  • Full use of CRM to report activity

About You

  • Strong background in sales in the orthodontics, dental or medical technology field. The understanding of the dental market would be a bonus
  • A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
  • A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
  • The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
  • Native German and high level of English, spoken and written.
