Business Development Manager

Scope

We're exclusively representing a French, global MedTech company within the private healthcare market achieving growth of over 100% in France due to their disruptive Artificial Intelligence technology.

They are looking to recruit two Business Development Managers who would be responsible for the definition and delivery of commercial strategies; driving business growth and establishing new relationships throughout Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritise sales opportunities, formulating commercial strategies and developing business plans
  • Monitor strategy execution as well as competitive tactics and strategies
  • New business development
  • Large account management from exploring , to closing deals and ensuring growth, following guidelines in close collaboration with the Commercial Manager
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
  • Work alongside internal departments to develop tenders
  • Meet agreed KPI's designed to support the win strategy

About You

  • Strong understanding of the Medical / Dental / Pharmaceutical market
  • Established record of developing strong sales pipelines
  • Confident developing and maintaining new business
  • Proven success with negotiation with senior procurement and trust managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both German and English)
  • Experience consistently hitting and exceeding targets
