This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading global technology company who operate in over 100 countries.


  • Managing a complex sales cycle include end users, consultant/specifiers, contractors, distributor partners, OEMs
  • Identify and develop a plan to target key Engineering Consultants
  • Identify key stakeholders within target companies who would influence the specification of fire suppression systems in their key customer projects
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn to identify key stakeholders and projects to develop a pipeline
  • Work closely with marketing teams to promote the key system through various on and offline marketing channels e.g., Social Media, Web and Events

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or chemical engineering
  • Experience within Gaseous Extinguishing systems including design & engineering
  • Engineering or technical sales background experience
  • Strong sales and key account management experience and successful b2b track record
  • Proven ability of pro-active networking, relationship, and account development

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong understanding of CRM and previous use of Sales an advantage
  • Demonstrated cross-functional team building and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - written and verbal
