This ongoing growth has created an opportunity for a Branch Manager to oversee the operation of the store, and play a role in supporting the development of the wider business.

• Support to delivery of clinically strong patient services.
• Confidently offer a bespoke customer journey.
• Drive KPI performance through clear vision and leadership.
• Plan and execute business development goals.
• Motivate and guide the store team to achieve personal and wider business goals.
• Undertake experience days with new starters, and play a role in the recruitment process.

• Qualified Dispensing Optician (essential)
• Registered with the GOC (essential)
• Previous management or training experience
• Effective communicator
• Strong commercial and clinical skills
