Area (Territory) Sales Manager

Scope

We are proud to be working with an industry-leading distributor within the Audiology market, specialising in the provision and support of the highest quality of medical equipment for the Audiological, ENT and Hearing conservation markets.

Due to business growth and strong financial performance, we are now looking to recruit an Area (Territory) Sales Manager to join the high-performing team, covering London and a large proportion of the South East region.

On offer is a strong remuneration package and an opportunity to work with a leading portfolio of Hearing and Balance equipment, working across both private and public channels.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales turnover and market share within territory
  • Support existing customer base and identify new business opportunities, enabling providers to benefit from the high-quality portfolio on offer
  • Work closely with customers on installation of equipment and training of products
  • Work in close liaison with the Sales Director and colleagues to develop strategies to increase sales performance
  • Attend Regional / National conferences and exhibitions

About You

  • Demonstrable sales track record within relative healthcare/product markets
  • Audiology experience, preferred not essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to understand and relay technical product information
  • Driven and motivated to work to targets and succeed
