Responsibilities

  • CV formatting
  • Job advertisements on various platforms
  • Maintain CRM system
  • Monitoring office supplies
  • PA support to the Directors
  • General office support

About You

  • Previous experience with CRM systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Canva - Desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask
