Administrative Assistant



This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader in the field of Medical Devices, an innovative manufacturer of infusion devices and consumables. Due to continuous growth they are looking to take on an Administrative Assistant to support the growing team.


  • Chasing Invoices
  • Processing the product orders
  • Ensuring the warehouse is looked after
  • Booking hotels and travel accommodation
  • Arranging visits
  • Raising purchase orders and dealing with invoice queries
  • Dealing with supplies & issues with office printers
  • Dealing with document management process and administration, including database & document management, creating templates etc.
  • Maintaining Health & Safety Records and database (for Dangerous Occurrences, Accident Prevention & Minor Injuries)
  • Updating office noticeboards
  • Dealing with office post including sorting (both inbound and outbound)
  • Supporting the Time and Attendance system

About You

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Detail conscious and able to execute procedures /processes accurately
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Desirable to have some experience of working within a manufacturing environment
  • Able to effectively utilise written, electronic, verbal and other communication channels
  • Maintain good housekeeping, recording and audit of documentation
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Work in co-operation with a variety of groups
