Administrative Assistant



This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest science and technology companies in the world. The role sits as part of a team providing office administration support to the businesses and functions of our North Europe Region.


  • Raise Purchase Orders in SAP in accordance with company policies.
  • Chase PO approval flow as required, confirmation of goods/service receipt, point of contact for any invoice exceptions.
  • New Vendor Account requests
  • SAP Shopping Cart – process improvement and documentation
  • Support complex travel arrangements as required
  • Electronic document handling and archival
  • Any other office administration task as required

About You

  • Experience of working in SAP environment is an advantage.
  • Good level of competence with Microsoft software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation
  • Team player
  • High attention to detail and quality of work
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Customer service mindset
  • Proactive and able to work under own initiative
