Account Manager


This will provide the opportunity to work closely with all members of the team to develop and execute account-specific strategies, gaining large exposure to the Transplant business.   • Responsible for the commercial results of the assigned territory (responsibility for minimum yearly revenues and profitability agreed with the Sales Manager, UK & Ireland as well as price and discounting strategies)
  • Assure the promotion and development of products and services
  • Perform all administrative task as requested including but not limited to sales data analysis, CRM reports and ad hoc requirements, as necessary.
  • Notify the Company of any claim of the customer related to the quality, choice and operation of products manufactured by the company
  • Take steps with customers delayed payments and provide all relevant information
  • Propose improvements of products or new services to comply with the customer or prospect’s requirements
  • Act as primary interface between the customers and the Technical Services of own Country to optimize all aspects of the cooperation
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, Code of Conduct, local regulations, sales and credit conditions

About You

  • English native speaker or equivalent
  • MSc/degree in a relevant science and/or relevant sales experience working with medical devices
  • Good working knowledge of the medical diagnostic field (Blood Transfusion laboratory experience preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to demonstrate products to potential customers
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products for word processing, sales analysis, and the creation of presentations
  • Superb customer facing skills
  • Service-oriented mentality and a strong focus on customer needs
