Scope

Are you a passionate and results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of the veterinary industry?

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a confidential account management role focused on veterinary practices, mini-corporates, and businesses in a specific geographical area. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of customer relationship management, driving sales of veterinary imaging equipment in the south east region of the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and potential customers, fostering brand loyalty and trust.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Provide consultative solutions, identifying opportunities for growth and improved equipment utilisation within customer practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient demonstrations and after-sales support.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of local veterinary networks and referral patterns.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and manage opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the business, resolving any issues with professionalism and efficiency.

About You

  • Understanding of veterinary imaging, specifically ultrasound and x-ray, is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK veterinary market is highly advantageous.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Veterinary qualification/Animal Science degree is an advantage.
  • Driven to achieve ambitious goals, strong work ethic.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proactive planner with strong organisational skills.
  • Approachable, adaptable, and maintains a positive demeanor.
  • Collaborative team player eager to contribute cross-functionally.
  • Passionate about technology and its potential application.
