Scope

Our client currently has an exciting employment opportunity for an experienced Account Executive, we are looking for a strong, talented, and driven individual to join the growing team and business in the Netherlands.

You will be part of a relatively exciting, new health-tech company and team, striving to be the global standard in dental care. This new suite of exciting AI virtual practice solutions will revolutionize the way patients are treated in dental/orthodontic practices around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for growing the territory through selling the full suite of company solutions
  • Executing a strategic plan to exceed sales targets
  • Creating long lasting customer and KOL relationships

About You

  • Previous experience selling complex solutions in a consultative way
  • Understand the importance of engaging with all key staff members, from the doctor to the practice manager to the treatment coordinators and nursing staff.
  • Understanding the pains and challenges of the customers business, driving every practice to be fully self-sufficient in all of the software solutions and using in all patients.
  • Strong focused mindset with an ability to convince customers to change their way of thinking and the workflow in their practice.
