Consult’s Expansion: A 6 Month Review

We are excited to share with you the successful outcomes that have been achieved over the last 6 months as a result of us taking a transformational step towards our vision earlier this year.

Back in May, as part of the company’s growth plans, we opened up an office in Leeds City Centre, in addition to our rapidly expanding HQ office in Sheffield. This office opening was driven by the significant demand from our client partners for exceptional talent and enabled us to further grow our head count. Leeds is also the home of Medexec, the executive search brand of Consult headed up by Associate Director, Vahn Burgess. Medexec collaborates with aspirational partners within the medical and health technology markets to deliver executive transformation & medical expertise.

A 68% increase in team members joining our business is reflective of the demand from key clients for our exceptional project delivery. These hires have meant that already, we have outgrown the original Leeds office space and we are now expanding into two further office suites.

It is evident since the launch of Medexec that our executive, targeted and confidential search consultancy for medical leaders is a valued service that is facilitating the significant commercial growth of our key medical and healthcare partners.

Being results focused, Consult are continuously developing and adapting to ensure that we are always offering pace and agility to our client partners and pursuing excellence. Whilst constantly asking ourselves, how do we maintain customer centricity and remain impactful?, we have made plans for the further growth of the company; for increasing our team of experts and for growing our number of office locations.
