    Michelle has over 15 years experience at senior level, executive search with a specific focus on EMEA and ASPAC. She has built a wealth of knowledge and network of contacts based on a personal approach to each client and high levels of professional discretion.

    A highly experienced recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience recruiting for specialist permanent and contract positions. Working closely with a dedicated customer base, Rob recruits predominately for positions within Commercial Audiology, both in the UK and across Europe.

    Senior Recruitment Consultant – Animal Health

    Claire has over 8 years’ experience working in recruitment industry specialising primarily in sales and marketing positions. Initially starting her career as an onsite recruiter for a Financial Services company before developing her career with Consult Search and Selection in the Animal Health industry. Claire has a wealth of experience and a strong network which has enabled a strong track record of delivering results.

    Senior Recruitment Consultant - Dental

    Sally has over 7 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, the majority of her time has been spent with specific focus on entry-senior level placements within the UK and European Dental marketplace. She works closely with a range of leading multi-national companies across the dental industry covering areas such as Dental Consumables, Dental Implants & Aesthetics and Dental Equipment. She has recruited for positions from entry level to Senior Management and offers a discreet and professional approach to clients and candidates alike.

    Joe is an experienced recruitment account manager and leads our rapidly expanding contracts division, specialising in both Commercial and Healthcare sectors.     With over 7 years’ experience working in a HR and Sales environment, Nicola oversees the Office Management of Consult Search & Selection. Taking day to day responsibility for numerous functions within the business including HR, Finance and Facilities Management. Nicola has a wealth of knowledge within business operations and is CIPD qualified.

    Business Manager

    Emma has over 8 years ‘experience working within a specialist recruitment role. Working on an international basis, she has a successful track record of delivering high calibre candidates and a hands-on account management service. Emma heads up our clinical division, focusing on specialist dental & medical opportunities globally. The teams remit covers a broad range of clients - from dental & medical practices to global leading, blue chip manufacturers.

    Key Account Co-ordinator

    Experienced in managing demanding accounts, Jennifer greatly appreciates the importance of finding the ideal candidate for a position. Always striving to exceed expectations, she works to the highest standards to help ensure a smooth and top quality recruitment process. Jennifer is a key component of the Contracts Division whilst also supporting the wider business through resourcing and administrative duties.

    Vahn has a BA in marketing and 3 years’ experience within the recruitment industry. He is a specialist within commercial placements across UK and International Medical Devices markets. Vahn works with a broad range of clients from large multi-national organisations to innovative start-ups within Surgical Devices, Orthopaedics, Medical Technology and other LifeScience sectors with an expertise in placing candidates from entry level to senior management. Vahn is able to provide our customers with a tailored, professional approach as well strong market insights on the medical devices market.

    With an initial background in analytical chemistry, Sophia has over 7 years of experience recruiting scientific and related technical roles in laboratory, QA, Regulatory affairs and commercial areas, in industries such as pharmaceutical, food, biotechnology and environmental. She has recruited for positions from entry level to Senior Management and offers a consultative approach to clients and candidates.

    Zoie has over 16 years’ experience as a specialist scientific and laboratory recruiter across industries including food, chemicals, pharmaceutical and biotechnology. She has recruited for positions from entry level lab technicians, to senior technical managers and has worked closely with hiring managers in multi-national scientific organisations and start-ups alike, offering a consultative service to both candidates and clients.

    Following 5 years’ experience within a mix of technical, sales and marketing recruitment, Becca now focuses on internal talent acquisition for Consult Search & Selection. As well as recruiting top talent from recruitment resourcer to managerial level, Becca is responsible for ensuring data compliance across the business.

    Senior Recruitment Consultant – Animal Health

    Kayleigh has more than 7 years recruitment experience in professional services. She is a specialist recruiter in the Animal Health market, with a strong network in the Veterinary and Pet industries, successfully placing Sales, Marketing and Technical candidates from Junior to Executive level in a range of organisations, including some of the leading global Veterinary Pharmaceuticals, Equipment and Nutrition companies. She has a very consultative approach and offers ongoing support to both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand commercial drivers behind a recruitment process and building a detailed picture of candidates motivations.

    Office Administrator

    Having recently graduated with a First Class honours degree in Sociology from the University of Sheffield, Sally assists with the management of the office environment at Consult Search & Selection, taking responsibility for the functional areas including finance, facilities management, HR and general business operations whilst working closely with our consultants to ensure smooth running of the business. Sally has built up 5 years’ experience working in an administrative and sales environment.

    Recruitment Consultant - Audiology

    Patrick is an ambitious, driven recruitment consultant with a specialist focus on Audiology. He has quickly established himself within his specialist market, being a recruiter of choice for many independents, national retailers and major manufacturers within the UK marketplace, diligently supporting clients and candidates alike throughout numerous processes. Patrick’s work ethic, coupled with his commercial market knowledge, can clearly add value to a candidate’s job search or a company’s hire.

    Key Account Co-ordinator

    Experienced in professional administration and account management, Beth understands the importance of ensuring our key accounts receive razor-sharp administrative support. Beth also helps the team resource for new contractor candidates and provides a friendly and professional point of contact for our contract workforce.

    Recruitment Resourcer

    A Marketing and Economics student, Dylan is our first Intern at Consult Search & Selection. Having experienced the fast paced environment of recruitment in the heart of the capital during a summer internship, Dylan fell in love with the industry and is looking to establish himself as a reliable and trustworthy recruiter. During his internship in London, Dylan resourced for CTO and COO roles, having four candidates sent for interviews (a record for an intern at that office). He is looking to take this experience from the capital and hit the ground running. Dylan also has a solid background in Marketing and oversees many of the advertising projects at the businesss.

    Office Administrator

    Laura has 12 years experience within the office environment. Laura has worked in a wide range of roles within the office from sales, administration and HR. Laura can demonstrate ability to maintain the workflow of the office by insuring that all systems are in place and running appropriately. Laura provides a high level of administrative support to managers and team of consultants to ensure the business is running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Gina Revitt

    Recruitment Resourcer – Dental

    Gina is a qualified and experienced Dental Nurse and Treatment Coordinator with over 4 years’ experience within clinical practice. She has a wealth of industry knowledge and understanding and applies this to her recruitment resourcing position, working to source high calibre candidates for our clients. Working closely on our dental sales & marketing desk, Gina supports our dental team in sourcing, qualifying and preparing our candidates for their next role.

  • Lauren Wilkinson

    Recruitment Resourcer – Medical

    After graduating with a BA in English Literature, Lauren originally started her career in the residential market in a sales and administrative role. After taking the plunge into recruitment, Lauren gained one years’ experience within the industry in a supportive role, recruiting in both Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. Now working alongside Vahn, she resources for our Medical Device division, predominately specialising in sales and marketing roles within Surgical Devices, Orthopaedics and Medical Technology.

    Recruitment Consultant

    Nathan is a driven, ambitious and proactive Recruitment Consultant working within our specialist Clinical Division. Nathan has just over 3 year experience within Recruitment, recruiting anything from entry level candidates to senior candidates. Nathan loves a challenge and will always work to the best of his abilities to deliver on recruitment requirements.

    Recruitment Consultant

    Elliott attended Hofstra University school of Business in New York where he gained a BA Hons in Finance. Elliott spent 3 years working on Wall Street for a financial company as an account manager building relationships with both private investment banks and business owners. Elliott loves a challenge and have a desire to succeed in anything and everything he takes on.

    Senior Recruitment Consultant

    Matthew has worked in recruitment and the healthcare industry for 15 years, within this time Matthew has worked with clients and candidates in a number of different sectors affiliated within Healthcare en masse. The companies varied from smaller independent companies, through to multi-national organisations, and Matthew’s candidates were from a number of different and varied disciplines. Both clients and candidates, that he worked on behalf of, were based throughout the UK and beyond.

    As a First Class graduate, Adrienne values the importance of applying commitment, dedication and passion to her role, in order to succeed and ensure candidates feel valued and satisfied with her service. Through having an exceptionally driven approach, coupled with a range of experience within customer service, sales and administration, she is able to effectively support the resourcing team and build credible relationships with her candidates.

    Sophie is a Business and Marketing BA student at Sheffield Hallam University, currently on her internship with Consult Search & Selection. Alongside her education, Sophie has professional experience within customer engagement working with some of the UK’s biggest B2B brands. Bringing a wealth of enthusiasm and insight from her degree, Sophie will be focusing on marketing and recruitment for the clinical division during her internship.

    Recruitment and Marketing Resourcer

    As a communication and advertisement student Rhys is one of two in our second wave of interns. His experience in both marketing practice and theory will be used to add great value to the consult search brand.
