    Michelle has over 16 years' experience at senior level, executive search with a specific focus on EMEA and ASPAC. She has built a wealth of knowledge and network of contacts based on a personal approach to each client and high levels of professional discretion.

    Director

    A highly experienced recruitment professional with over 16 years' of experience recruiting for specialist permanent and contract positions. Working closely with a dedicated customer base, Rob recruits predominately for positions within Commercial Audiology, both in the UK and across Europe.

  • Nicola Elliott

    HR And Operations Manager

    With over 7 years' experience working in a HR and Sales environment, Nicola oversees the Office Management of Consult Search & Selection. Taking day to day responsibility for numerous functions within the business including HR, Finance and Facilities Management. Nicola has a wealth of knowledge within business operations and is CIPD qualified.

    Business Manager - Animal Health

    Samantha has got over 8 years' experience in senior level, Commercial recruitment and Business Development. Her main focus, prior to joining Consult was to develop the senior sales market across the UK for Engineering and Manufacturing businesses. This experience has enabled Samantha to build long-standing relationships with technical sales professionals, focussing on niche, technical specialisms. Samantha has joined Consult to continue her career in Commercial recruitment, providing reliable, informed recruitment services to new and existing clients.

    Senior Recruitment Consultant

    Claire has over 8 years' experience working in recruitment industry specialising primarily in sales and marketing positions. Initially starting her career as an onsite recruiter for a Financial Services company before developing her career with Consult Search and Selection in the Animal Health industry. Claire has a wealth of experience and a strong network which has enabled a strong track record of delivering results.

    Sam is currently studying a BSc (hons) degree course in Economics at Sheffield Hallam University and is our latest Intern, joining the Animal Health division. His professional approach and enthusiasm makes him a great addition to the team.

    Patrick is an ambitious, driven recruitment consultant with a specialist focus on Audiology.     Dylan was Consult’s first ever intern and has returned in 2019 following the completion of his degree, in which he received a First Class Honours in Business and Marketing. Dylan has joined our fast-developing Audiology Business unit and, as someone who suffers with hearing loss and tinnitus, he finds himself in a unique position to understand and invest in a market that affects him personally. His commercial skill set, brand knowledge and previous experience of working across all of our healthcare divisions means he has a solid foundation for his career in recruitment.

    Business Manager - Clinical

    Emma has 10 years' experience working within a specialist recruitment role. Working on an international basis, she has a successful track record of delivering high calibre candidates and a hands-on account management service. Emma heads up our clinical division, focusing on specialist dental & medical opportunities globally. The teams remit covers a broad range of clients - from dental & medical practices to global leading, blue chip manufacturers.

  • Lauren Wilkinson

    Recruitment Consultant

    After graduating with a BA in English Literature, Lauren originally started her career in the residential market in a sales and administrative role. After taking the plunge into recruitment, Lauren gained one year of experience within the industry in a supportive role, recruiting in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device arena across sales, clinical and marketing positions. Now working closely with Emma, she sources for our Clinical division and predominantly specialises in General Medical, Specialist Medical, Dental & Orthodontic. Lauren works alongside small-medium size clinics UK wide and large global organisations, assisting them in finding the best talent in the market for their business.

    Business Manager - Dental

    Sally has over 8 years' experience within the recruitment industry, most of her time has been spent with a specific focus on entry-senior level placements within the UK and European Dental marketplace. She works closely with a range of leading multi-national companies across the dental industry covering areas such as Dental Consumables, Dental Implants & Aesthetics and Dental Equipment. She has recruited for positions from entry level to Senior Management and offers a discreet and professional approach to clients and candidates alike.

    Business Manager - Medical Devices

    Vahn has a BA in marketing and 5 years' experience within the recruitment industry. He is a specialist within commercial placements across UK and International Medical Devices markets. Vahn works with a broad range of clients from large multi-national organisations to innovative start-ups within Surgical Devices, Orthopaedics, Medical Technology and other LifeScience sectors with an expertise in placing candidates from entry level to senior management. Vahn is able to provide our customers with a tailored, professional approach as well strong market insights on the medical devices market.

Elliott spent 3 years working on Wall Street for a financial company as an Account Manager building relationships with both private investment banks and business owners.     With an initial background in analytical chemistry, Sophia has over 9 years' of experience recruiting scientific and related technical roles in laboratory, QA, Regulatory affairs and commercial areas, in industries such as pharmaceutical, food, biotechnology and environmental. She has recruited for positions from entry level to Senior Management and offers a consultative approach to clients and candidates.

  • Jak Thompson

    Recruitment Resourcer

    Jak recently attended Sheffield Hallam University where he gained a BSc Hons in Sport and Exercise Science. Jak has over 3 years' experience working as a Personal Trainer/Gym Instructor at various gyms across Sheffield. Some of his roles consisted of teaching exercise classes, delivering fitness/scientific seminars and 1-1 training. Jak is an enthusiastic and intrinsically motivated person, who will be beginning his career in Recruitment working alongside Sophia as a Resourcer for the Scientific division.

    Ed is an approachable and highly motivated Biomedical Science graduate from the University of Sheffield. With his background in Science, he begins his career as a Recruitment Resourcer working alongside Sophia and Jak in our scientific division.  Outside of work, Ed has a keen interest in health, fitness and adventure sports.

    Emma has 10 years experience working within a specialist recruitment role. Working on an international basis, she has a successful track record of delivering high calibre candidates and a hands-on account management service. Emma heads up our Support Services division, focusing on HR, Administration, IT, Finance, Internal Sales & Customer Service. Our focus as Support Services is to offer our clients a comprehensive specialist service across their various business disciplines.

  • Beth Pearce

    Recruitment Resourcer

    Beth has a BSc. degree in Biomedical Science and previous experience in providing excellent Customer Service. Her knowledge of the healthcare industry and scientific methods coupled with her positive attitude and friendly approach means she is a fantastic addition to our Support Services team. Beth will be offering a specialist service across all of our healthcare divisions, focusing on recruitment in HR, Administration, IT, Finance, Internal Sales & Customer Service.

    Commercial Executive

    Kayleigh has more than 9 years' recruitment experience in professional services, previously working as a specialist recruiter for our Animal Health division before moving in to the position of Commercial Executive. She has a very consultative approach and understands the commercial drivers behind a recruitment process. Kayleigh provides wider business support to all our divisions and is responsible for our branding and marketing strategy.

    Office Administrator

    Having recently graduated with a First Class honours degree in Sociology from the University of Sheffield, Sally assists with the management of the office environment at Consult Search & Selection, taking responsibility for the functional areas including finance, facilities management, HR and general business operations whilst working closely with our consultants to ensure smooth running of the business. Sally has built up 8 years' experience working in an administrative and sales environment.

  • Laura Haslam

    Office Administrator

    Laura has 14 years' experience within the office environment. Laura has worked in a wide range of roles within the office from sales, administration and HR. Laura can demonstrate ability to maintain the workflow of the office by insuring that all systems are in place and running appropriately. Laura provides a high level of administrative support to managers and team of consultants to ensure the business is running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Beth Elliott

    Business Support Administrator

    Experienced in professional administration and account management, Beth understands the importance of ensuring our key accounts receive razor-sharp administrative support. Beth also helps the team resource for new contractor candidates and provides a friendly and professional point of contact for our contract workforce.
